Fxn: Index
Index returns the value of a cell in a defined grid... a more apt title might be "address value" or "cell lookup"...

Google Reference
- https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3098242?hl=en
- INDEX(reference, [row], [column]) (
- INDEX(A1:C20, 5, 1)
- if you put in 0 for row or column you get the entire row/colum. that said, it seems to burp if there are spaces in the data and there are better ways to grap that with the filter which just are easier to read (for cognitive thought)
- Google implies row and column are optional. First and foremost, forget of these as being optional. Think of this tool as the tool you will use to find a value given a row number and a column number (not letter).
- In fact if you leave out one of the refs you will get a full column or full row, but he syntax is incredibly confusing.
- Google goes on to indicate row 1 is default and column 0 is default if left blank, but I think the ref to column 0 is an error. I'm pretty sure both their row and column references are 1 based....
